  4. For me personally, I meal prep twice a week instead, usually on Sundays and Wednesdays; Saturdays being my big grocery haul days for the week. Seven days is a stretch for food freshness and safety to be honest, but I appreciate the concepts that you’re introducing!

  7. @OrchestraOfDead You can freeze meals and take them out when you’re ready to eat them people (of course with the exception of salad ingredients).

  8. In her ebook, she actually gives the option of meal prepping twice as well, Sunday and Wednesday

  9. U can get a crock pot oven to it has the same temperature a oven has and walmart sells them for like 25.00

  17. I steam and stirfry most things (oven makes my apartment too hot). I avoid oils when stir frying and mainly use water

  18. I love this video and just went shopping for many of the ingredients. Can you tell me how you made the smoothies? Did you mix with water? Almond milk? Add protein?
