  6. The only way to lose weight is through creating a caloric deficit. Exercise helps you create a caloric deficit. You can do this exercise as much as you want but you can’t out work a bad diet.

    It’s not about being fat, it’s just your body has to adapt. I’m chubby but since my body has adapted, I don’t really get out of breath from jumping jacks.
