  6. The only way to lose weight is through creating a caloric deficit. Exercise helps you create a caloric deficit. You can do this exercise as much as you want but you can’t out work a bad diet.

    It’s not about being fat, it’s just your body has to adapt. I’m chubby but since my body has adapted, I don’t really get out of breath from jumping jacks.

Sofía rios Dont just cut things out..do these HIIT workouts and carb cycle…search carb cycling up….you can cut things out it’s bad for your body…as ironic as it sounds you need fat to lose fat and need sugars and carbs your body needs a little bit of everything just make sure you HIIT cardio and make sure you carb cycle it basically tricks your body into destroying fat

  17. @Konaa i read an article your not supposed to do it daily because then your body doesn’t have time to rest. But im worried if i don’t do it daily i will get lazy n stop doing it
