Jumping Jack’s made me feel how fat I was.
Well, I believe that 7 minute HIIT Workout is better than doing nothing. I think people who bash this workout here are the ones that are lazy do try it out…

The only way to lose weight is through creating a caloric deficit. Exercise helps you create a caloric deficit. You can do this exercise as much as you want but you can’t out work a bad diet.

Brown Sugar not necessarily, there’s right ways and wrong ways to exercise, some people are on the treadmill for an hour a day and won’t lose a pound

It’s not about being fat, it’s just your body has to adapt. I’m chubby but since my body has adapted, I don’t really get out of breath from jumping jacks.
