I dont think the Egg Plants for buns is a good idea so ignore that persons suggestion or try it and see what the Carb amount comes out to but also besides that Eggplants are a weird shape and so crispy I think so idk if a Egg Plant burger would be your thing. Lettuce wraps would be good and I don’t see a problem with the carb count in that but your lettuce will be all warm and it might feel awkward if you’re holding your “burger” and suddenly juice oozes slowly out of the lettuce and onto your hand lmao, the mushroom thing might be the best Idea I’ve ever heard honestly and here’s what a Google Result pulled up about it: (it’s LOW in carbs) Nutrients. A large portobello mushroom provides 3.25 grams of carbohydrates, 1.77 grams of protein, 1.1 gram of fiber and 0.29 grams of fat. Notably, the portobello contains 306 milligrams of potassium.

  10. I prefer just thinly sliced white mushrooms, as I’m not a mushroom fan really. Just mash the hamburg and eat the meal with a fork. It’s less disappointing than trying to eat a hamburger with “fake” buns.
