  4. I was feeling really tired after work today, got home had dinner/ shower etc and was still tired. Went to bed and straight on my phone for about 2hrs, next minute I was looking up how to fall asleep fast.

    Ps: Don’t make the same mistake I made and stay off your phone before you’re about to go sleep.
