    Legs are the biggest muscle in the body & walking is a resistance exercise. Do HIIT in walking, walk as fast as you can for 30 seconds then slow down or stop to recover & start again for 20 to 30 minutes. 10minutes of walking will burn more calories than 500 crunches. Squats & Deadlifts are another way. Once the lymph(carries fats) carries the fat to the liver it will burn it.
