  1. Her name is Tanya and she used the T25 workout to get back into shape. She had a baby after the Insanity workout and needed to get back into shape and used T25 to do that! #AllNatural

  7. Yes. She’s been with Beachbody a while and was extremely fit. But life happened. Became a wife and mom and both entail a lot of time and energy. She did put on some pounds after the baby. Don’t see the issue if she wanted to get back to her old fit self. So I think it’s okay to use her in the ad as she is a familiar face. We all go through these fitness journeys.

  8. @William Brown He’s a trainer for a reason and he needs to check his team,he simply can’t keep on doing ignoring his team, you call that rest,I call it motivating and pushing them to dig deeper

    Maybe it’s a little bit overhype on the ad but I try hip hop abs and lose 3cm in my waist in 6 dáy, no diet.
