I felt the burn in my thighs more than I felt it in my stomach. Am I doing it wrong?

  2. Victoria zhuravlev

me at the beginning of the video: that’s easy! peace of cake!
me at the end of the video: kill me now

  3. I started doing this workout Saturday I definitely felt the burn! I plan to do this three times a day for 7 days a week. Wish me luck everyone

Thinking about starting this for my every other day workout. I HATE doing floor ab exercises… especially crunches. The only place I feel it is my neck and back!

  5. Me: Today is the day. Im actually going to start working out and eating healthy.
    3 hours later
    *shoveling chips into mouth*

But for reals tho I actually am gonna try this.

  6. You know those parents that drown you in food? Well I have that dad. I was doing this and my dad walked in with cookies. This is gonna be harder than I expected.

  7. Heres ME
Me: Oh hey! I’m tired of being fat.. Imma try this work out!
(In the middle of the vid)
    I’m hungry now…

  8. Hai felicity gonzales if you are a guy no problem drinking lemon water but if you are girl dont drink lemon water daily because it will postpone your periods

  9. Felicity Gonzales Lemon water is great as it keeps your body alkaline. I also drink it while working out, it makes it taste better also.

  10. Working out and eating chips is still better tan NOT working out and eating chips 🙂 One step at a time. Small healthy habits integrated slowly last much longer than any drastic change! Plus working out just makes you feel great!

  11. Just Seff Stuff

Same here. Twice. And tripped myself. At roughly half the speed these people are doing it at

  12. If you stop eating chips for a looooong while, you won’t feel the urge to eat them again. I rarely do, but once I do, I go for the tiny bag. And never EVER buy chips at grocery stores. You will keep eating until it’s all gone.

  13. Iluv Merengue okay, but watching work out videos won’t make you fit if you don’t do them lmaoo

  14. Hey Gina I know I’m two years late but remember rest days are vital it’s important to not overwork your body take two rest days a week believ it or not you get better results if you take a healthy amount of rest days but still make sure to eat healthy!

  15. @Marcus Schultz ? are you insulting me? or something? if the first, I never claimed as such?

@121 Syeda Shamaila Yep. Some days better than others but I often had a heavy or painful neck the day after planking.
This may sound weird but someone told me you can tackle this by putting your tongue up against the roof of your mouth. The tongue is indirectly connected to the muscles of our.. Ehh throat or neck.
While planning or sit ups we can hold our tongue up against the roof and therefore the tension or pressure on our neck muscles is lifted.
I can feel it when I do it.
Also once eten I was for treatment at the dentist she instructed me to put my tongue against the roof of my mouth to relax my body. Or it was at the doctor not sure.
I told a friend she laughed at me but I am not making it up.
It makes sense because tongue posture influences our muscles in the head.

    @121 Syeda Shamaila
    Google:
    Planking.
As soon as you start to raise your shoulders, your neck muscles have to work harder.
A separate trick is to keep your tongue against your palate while doing abdominal exercises. This stimulates the neck to relax.

  18. Y’all need to learn how to read. She already posted her updates and how she felt, and she stopped doing it. So stop asking for more updates on this reply thread.
